{"id":2556,"date":"2014-09-25T22:44:09","date_gmt":"2014-09-25T12:44:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.markwebb.name\/?p=2556"},"modified":"2015-04-05T18:10:56","modified_gmt":"2015-04-05T08:10:56","slug":"authentic-empathy-to-be-published-on-antipodean-sf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.markwebb.name\/?p=2556","title":{"rendered":"Authentic Empathy to be published on Antipodean SF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p id=\"top\" \/>\n<p id=\"top\" \/>Nuke, the editor over at <a title=\"Antipodean SF website\" href=\"http:\/\/www.antisf.com.au\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Antipodean SF<\/em><\/a>, recently put a call out for stories to include in\u00a0the upcoming 200th issue. He asked for people that had previously published in the magazine, and was particularly interested in people whose first publication was in <em>Antipodean SF.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I ticked those boxes. My first ever publication was a story called <em><a title=\"Bibliography\" href=\"https:\/\/www.markwebb.name\/?page_id=251\" target=\"_blank\">Shipwrecked<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>which was published in issue 163 back in January 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Given that I met the criteria, I put in a submission and was very pleased when Nuke accepted my submission for the flash fiction piece\u00a0<em>Authentic Empathy<\/em>.\u00a0<em>Authentic Empathy<\/em> will be my 10th story published in Antipodean, and I remain very grateful to Nuke for all the support he has given my work over the last couple of years.<\/p>\n<p>In September 2014 Antipodean is at issue 195, so issue 200 won&#8217;t come around until next February.
